Car Rental in Crete without a Credit Card
You can book without a credit card and without prepayment when the driver conditions are met and the payment method has been confirmed.
How It Works
Search your dates, choose a vehicle and receive written confirmation of the terms. At pick-up, present a valid driving licence and identity card or passport, then complete the agreement. The accepted payment method must be confirmed before arrival.
Driver Conditions
For groups R, R1, D, J, M, M1, M2, P7 and P9, drivers must be at least 26 and have held their licence for 24 months. For all other groups, drivers must be at least 23 and have held their licence for 12 months. If these conditions are not met, FDW does not apply, only CDW is available, and a valid credit card is mandatory.

What Is Not Covered
- Driving on unpaved roads, mountain tracks or prohibited routes
- Driving outside the agreed rental period
- Deliberate damage, racing or carrying people or goods for payment
- Driving under the influence and traffic-law violations
- Lost or stolen keys and personal belongings
