2 Website purpose
The website provides information about the company, fleet, service locations and rental conditions and allows users to check availability, submit a request or make a booking.
3 Bookings and rental agreement
Use of the form or booking engine does not by itself create a final contract unless the user receives clear booking confirmation from the company. A booking is subject to availability, driver eligibility, vehicle category and the Rental and Insurance Terms in force at confirmation.
If general website information differs from the confirmation or signed rental agreement, the specific confirmation and rental agreement terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
4 User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete and current information and must not use the website unlawfully, deceptively or harmfully. Unauthorised access, interference, malicious code and automated content extraction without permission are prohibited.
5 Prices availability and information
We take reasonable care to keep prices, inclusions, images and information accurate. Availability and final price are confirmed during booking. Vehicle images and models may be representative of a category. Obvious technical or typographical errors may be corrected before final confirmation.
6 Cancellation and booking changes
Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund rules are set out in the Rental and Insurance Terms and in the relevant booking confirmation.
7 Intellectual property
Text, logos, marks, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and other content are protected and belong to the company or are lawfully licensed. They may not be reproduced, altered, commercially exploited or republished without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
8 Third party links and services
The website may include maps, reviews, social media elements or third-party links. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not amount to a guarantee or endorsement of third-party content.
9 Availability and liability
We aim to operate the website securely and continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by temporary interruption, a technical issue, unauthorised third-party action or use of an external service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
10 Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and consent choices are described in the Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings tool.
11 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute amicably. If that is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the courts designated by applicable law, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
12 Changes to these terms
The company may update these terms. The current version is published with its last-updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
| Check before publicationConfirm the full legal name, tourism registration and GEMI numbers and whether the booking engine completes a booking or only submits a request. A final legal review is recommended. |
